Our nice cottage is in a quiet private park. There is a tennis court and a seasonal pool. In our cottage you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bed has drawers where you can store extra things. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, basic spices are also provided. The bathroom features a shower and the hot tub with a hot tub. The living room is spacious and bright as is the sunny garden. The latter offers a lot of privacy. The space The living room includes a dining table, a nice (new) sofa and a comfortable chair. On the TV you can use Netflix with your own account, but of course also just watch regular TV. There is also the air conditioning here. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a fan, mobile air conditioning, clothes hooks, bedside tables, large mirror and spacious storage drawers. The new kitchen has a combination oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are provided, as are dish soap, garbage bags, basic spices and olive oil. In order to cook nicely, there are plenty of pans, a hand blender, a hand mixer, kitchen scale, measuring cups, storage containers, etc. There are various glasses, cups and plates. The additional room is small but practical. Here you will find a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, drying rack and the pillow for the lounge set. The bathroom has a sink, spacious cabinets, a hairdryer, (bubble)bath, shower and toilet. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, 2nd small room. There is a small 2nd room in the cottage. Here you will find the vacuum cleaner, broom, ironing board, iron and a drying rack. It is also possible to let a third person sleep on the folding bed with a good mattress. A small surcharge is charged for this (due to the high gas costs and tourist tax) and bedding must be provided yourself. Ask about the conditions. The barn is enclosed. Next to the barn, there is still enough space to take down your bike, without it being in sight. Other things to note The pool is open from 19 May 2025 until 21 September 2025. Quite hours are from 8 am until 10 pm. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Please bring your own tennis gear and swimming gear. There is no possibility of rent in the park. Want to come with more than 2 people? Ask about what's possible. No coal barbecue is to be used in the park. You can park in the shared parking lot at the front of the park. The parking lot is secured with cameras. We will ask a security deposit of 200 euros. The security deposit must be transferred by bank transfer. This must be done no later than 72 hours before arrival day. If the cottage is left undamaged and tidy, we will return the deposit as soon as possible (no later than 14 days) to the account of where the deposit was paid. Often the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
