Welcome to our home away from home! You'll enjoy a three-bedroom home that has been recently remodeled to give you a modern experience woven with the old-time feel of the UP. You will be 10 miles from Houghton/Hancock and Michigan Tech but just three blocks from endless miles of trails for snowmobiles and ATVs. There is also wifi, a smart TV, Netflix, your controlled heat, and a two-car garage available. We welcome you! The space As we mentioned the modern kitchen is a bright spot as the rest of the house has the old time style of wood floors along with original wood trim throughout the house. There is an unheated attic upstairs if you need extra room to move around as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire home however we encourage guests to stay out of the basement as the ceiling is low. Other things to note As many know this area is known for snow as there is an annual snow fall of over 30 feet! Come and enjoy the outdoors!
