Welcome to the Vintage Village Cape! Located in the quaint village of Williamsville, NY. Come and relax in this clean, private home in our quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Our entire home is available to you and is centrally located to all that Buffalo has to offer. Just minutes from the airport, Niagara Falls, Canalside/Downtown Buffalo, and many great local restaurants. Walking distance to the trails of Amherst State Park, Glen Falls, and the shops and restaurants of Main St. The space The Vintage Village Cape is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home. Entrance: As you pull up to our home you will see our Library Box by the street. Feel free to grab a book. Park anywhere in the driveway (street parking is also available April-October). At the side door is where you will find the smart lock that you will use the code that is sent to you with check-in instructions. Kitchen: You'll enter into the kitchen that has been updated and renovated with stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with basic kitchen essentials such as utensils, plates, dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. If you find that you are missing something you need to make a home cooked meal let us know and we can see if we are able to get it for you. You will also notice the breakfast bar which is a great place to get some work done, or enjoy some coffee. Dining Room: Sit around the dining table that seats 6. Off to the side you will see the buffet with our coffee maker, coffee grounds, and tea. We have a high chair available for the littles to join in the meals as well. Living Room: Kick back on the couch with a few birds (they don't bite)! Enjoy a movie or binge a new show on the 55" smart tv. Or read that new book you got out of the library. Off to the side of the living room is the vinyl record player. It is fully functional so feel free to grab a record off the shelf or in the basket! There is also a radio feature on it as well. Bedroom 1: Our house has 1 bedroom on the ground level. It has a very comfortable queen sized memory foam mattress, 32" smart TV, and a closet/dresser to put clothes away. In the closet you will also find vacuums in case you need them. Bathroom 1: Full bathroom on the ground floor. Has a tub/shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bedroom 2: Head up the stairs and on your left is bedroom 2. This is the largest bedroom and has a queen sized memory foam mattress. It also comes with a large walk in closet, and a butcher block to use as a vanity or as a desk to work from. Bedroom 3: To the right of the stairs is bedroom 3. This is the room with all of the sunlight! It is a very bright and cozy room that comes with a full size memory foam mattress. It also has a retro yellow desk! Bathroom 2: To complete the upstairs, is the second bathroom. It is a full bathroom that has a walk in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Patio/Backyard: Lastly, is the backyard and patio. Use the garage door opener (located above the kitchen sink) to open the detached garage. There you will find another door in the back of the garage that leads to the patio. We have a 200 sq ft brick patio and pergola for you to relax in. We have an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs, a couch that seats 4 people, and a propane fire pit. There is a switch the left of the back garage door that turns on the outdoor patio lights which make the space that much more enjoyable at night time. This space is great for get togethers as you can sit under the pergola or play some board games in the garage if the weather isn't great. Guest access The entire main floor and upstairs are available for guests to use, as well as the garage outside and patio/pergola behind it.
