My beach cottage is one of the original Manasquan bungalows . It has been in my family since 1948. The cottage is steps from the beach(approximately 50 feet to the boardwalk/beach) and within walking distance to the boardwalk amenities and restaurants. The home is in a family neighborhood and safe for children. WINTER: available for long weekends. weeks or months. Thanksgiving week = open The space This home is a free standing two story house, has three bedrooms as well as an enclosed second floor sleeping porch. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house, the back yard and beach access. The front and back entrances are private. Parking: One parking space is available on the property. Other things to note The house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, fishing/kayaking and parks. It is 1 mile walking distance to the Manasquan Inlet. Brielle is approximately 4 miles away with boating/charter fishing opportunities.
