You'll find the neighborhood quiet and safe. The space We do allow one small dog unless otherwise arranged beforehand. Please be aware that they need to be kept quiet and not left in the backyard while you are away or for long periods of time. Guests will be charged for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including the yard and garage.
