This is an absolutely great location on the edge of Buffalo! The house features 2 apartments each with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, each with a full kitchen, and central air. The lower dining room has been set up as a sitting room and the living room has a pool table with a mounted TV, for your entertainment! The upper has a full living room and large eat in kitchen! Additionally, you will have access to the front patio and front yard, as well as the back yard! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED The space This is both units of a 2 unit home. The updated kitchens have the essentials, whether you just need a cup of coffee in the morning or want to cook a big dinner. The open floor plan entertaining space downstairs is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a game of pool or darts. The upstairs has a full living room and a large eat in kitchen. If you visit in the warmer seasons, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the well maintained yard and patio and we highly encourage a walk or run in the expansive park right behind the house. We love living in Buffalo and enjoying all that the area has to offer, from hiking and kayaking to what we believe to be the best spots to grab wings and a beer! We believe you will find your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The house is a perfect landing place during your stay in Buffalo. Guest access The full house is accessible and for your use. There are laundry machines available in the basement for stays of 3 days or more and by request. Outside, there is a back yard and front porch with seating. There is a former school directly behind the house with a great playground and the town park with several sports fields(baseball, basketball, tennis, and horseshoes!) and plenty of space for a long walk or short run. Other things to note Spectrum TV with all the major networks and about 55 channels on a Roku where you can log into any of your streaming services!
