Discover our bright 2,500 sq ft SE Austin home in Easton Park. Completed in May 2020, it features an open kitchen/living area with fireplace, 3 guest rooms, and a spacious backyard. Just 5 mins to McKinney Falls State Park, 10 mins to COTA, and 15 mins to downtown, the airport, Zilker Park, and the Convention Center. If you’re looking to attend a show, we’re only 9 mins from the music venue concourse project. Experience Austin living at its best! The space The home is keyless entry w/ keypad on door. We send code w/ instructions day before arrival. Each guest room comes with a queen bed, tvs, wi-fi, bathrooms, and closets. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and Keurig coffee maker along with dishes & other necessities. There is seating at the kitchen island in addition to the dining table. Street parking is available in the driveway and in front of the home. Garage excluded from use unless approved by owner. There is a tv provided in each guest room and living room w/ Roku (logged into amazon prime video, apple tv, netflix, hulu and HBO). We also include bathrobes in each guest room as well as shower essentials. Guest access Guests will have access to three guest rooms, laundry room, living, kitchen and dining spaces. In the backyard we have a patio with outdoor seating that guests can enjoy. There are also miles of walking trails in the neighborhood guests can explore. Other things to note All communication is by airbnb email system or by txt/phone so that we may offer a contactless (as in non face-to-face) covid safe stay. We value the privacy of our guests but are always available, if needed. Feel free to ask for any recommendations. We have a guidebook provided in the home and on our profile and are happy to assist with any additional suggestions you may need. 1. No Smoking Of Any Kind (Smoking fine $300) 2. No Loud Noise After 9pm (per city ordinance) 3. No parties, no events. We will ask anyone to leave without refund who violates this rule. 4. No Pets 5. Minimum Age Requirement 25 Years Old 6. Don’t leave our home a mess. We don’t expect you to scrub our home when you leave but please leave it in a decent condition for our cleaning lady (placing trash in the trash can, dishes in the dishwasher, etc.) Make sure to place your used towels in the hamper provided in each guest room. We charge a cleaning fee since we use a professional cleaning service due to enhanced Covid Cleaning procedures recommended by airbnb.
