Everything is brand new for AirBnB, with all new mattresses, bedding, and furniture all of which is pet-friendly. The room has a numerical keypad lock for easy check in. This space is primarily intended for travelers with pets, so please be aware there may be another guest who may also have their pet with them. The yard is over 13 acres and there's a 3.6 acre pasture in the back too. At the edge of the garden is the chicken coop, fresh eggs are free and always available! The space I bought this house in March 2022 when we returned from Europe, my mighty wolf beast dog (a very friendly Yorkie) and I have a small "in-law apartment" on the bottom floor. We do not go upstairs very much and we have our own entrance in the back, but we are out in the yard playing fetch or working on the garden a lot. Guest access The top main floor of the house is set up to host AirBnB guests with their cats or dogs. There are two bedrooms upstairs across from each other with a full private guest bathroom in the hall with a tub for doggie baths. The sitting room and the kitchen are also upstairs and available to guests. Each of the rooms has its own numerical lock for easy access and extra security. Laundry is available downstairs. Other things to note I've been a frequent guest and sometimes booked a room in a shared house and thought.... ehhhhh... I've tried to make this a LOT better than that, so the price reflects that.
