Step back to a simpler time and come enjoy the peace and beauty of Spring City, Utah. Our lovely pioneer home built in 1873 has been renovated to make for a comfortable, welcoming stay at one of "America's prettiest towns" according to Forbes Magazine 2010. With 2 bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom and 1 full bath this home comfortably accommodates 9 people. The space Our home has 3 cosy bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with a double bed. The second bedroom is just up the stairs in an open loft area with two queen beds and the third bedroom is also upstairs with one queen bed and a twin bed. Enjoy our beautifully renovated spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals for friends and family. There is also a classic dining room and living room on the main floor as well as a small laundry room and full bathroom. Enjoy our small patio just outside the kitchen with gardens as well as the large lawn for games, family time or outdoor eating. Or just curl up with a good book on the front or side porch. Fall and winter are lovely times at our place. The fall colors in the nearby Manti La Sal National Forest are breathtaking, and Skyline Drive makes for a perfect way to enjoy the autumn colors. When the snow flies it is hard to beat the tranquility of being on cross-country skis, snowshoes, or even a snowmobile in designated areas of the national forest. Snowmobile rentals and tours are available nearby. Guest access You will have access to the entire yard, gardens and house. NO CAMPERS, RV's or MOTORHOMES allowed for additional sleeping, as per a Spring City ordinance. Other things to note Rural Spring City is located in scenic Sanpete County, and lies in the shadow of Horseshoe Mountain. Sanpete County is renown for it’s wealth of Pioneer Historic homes, and Spring City is it’s gem. The entire town is listed on the National Historic Register. There is much to do and see in the surrounding areas from rock climbing in Maple Canyon, boating at Lake Yuba, snowmobiling, or just taking a walk through the beautiful historic town looking out to the snow capped peaks of Horseshoe Mountain.
