Casa Flores is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom house located in Heredia "The City of Flowers", Costa Rica. It is also a short walking distance from Heredia Centro with quick access to many restaurants, malls, shopping centers, parks, supermarkets, bars and churches. It is the "Perfect Retreat" for a large family or a large gathering. Very close to many touristic sights and attractions, including the Britt Coffee Tour, Poas Volcano, Bosque de la Hoja, and more! **THIS HOME IS A SELF CHECK-IN. The space This large home has 3 bedrooms, each with an armoire, bathroom and smart TV. Room 1 (Queen-sized bed=2 people), Room 2 (Queen-sized bed and divan=3 people), and Room 3 (Bunk bed has a twin-sized bed [top], and 2 full-size beds [bottom], and an additional single twin bed=5 people). Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower [with hot water]. The house also boasts a large living area with sofas, karaoke system, large smart TV (FREE access viewing to newest movies and TV shows) and board games. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic necessities (fridge, icemaker, coffee maker, stove and microwave) and the dining area includes a small breakfast table and two long and comfortable picnic tables. Washer and Dryer in the unit. There is NO A/C unit, but there are multiple fans throughout the home, which create a cool, breezy and tropical environment. **THIS HOME IS A SELF CHECK-IN. *Notice -Although the house does not have A/C, there are multiple fans and windows throughout the home to keep Casa Flores refreshing and cool. The house is 5-10 minutes walking distance from Heredia Centro where you will find many stores, shopping centers, malls, and easy access to ground transportation including uber, taxis, and buses. Heredia has a tropical climate, with rainy and dry seasons. And though we clean out drainages and fumigate regularly, please expect to run in to occasional outdoor pests like crickets, water bugs, lizards, geckos, ants and roaches, etc. Garage: This house includes a garage for a single vehicle (SUV sized). *Notice: this house is equipped with video surveillance inside the gated entrance for security. **There is bedspace for only 10 guests. We allow up to 12 guests. If your party is larger than 10 people, though there is space to sleep on the sofa, you will need to bring an air mattress or provide your own bedding accommodations. ***This home does NOT have wheelchair access and is NOT suitable for individuals requiring wheelchair mobility. [The home has multiple steps, especially the entrance]. ****PETS: Small pets are welcome! It is a non-refundable fee of $25 per pet. Guest access **THIS HOME IS A SELF CHECK-IN. All instructions to enter home are in the GUEST CHECK-IN, once you check-in** Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the locked storage room in the back. In addition, this house is gated and is equipped with a surveillance camera overlooking the patio. The garage has space for one large vehicle but you can also park directly infront of the home. Other things to note By booking your stay at Casa Flores, you fully agree to abide by the following house rules: 1. Do not attempt to enter premises before 2PM. If your arrival was sooner than expected, please contact us to ensure there are not already guests present. We may be able to accommodate you. 2. Please do not dispose of toilet paper, tampons or food down the toilet as it will clog it up immediately. Use the trashcan. 3. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. The front (cochera) gated area is okay, keep the front door closed and the windows shut while you smoke. 4. Maintain the house as tidy as you found it. If you leave the home as spotless as you found it, we may reimburse some of your cleaning fee to you. 5. This house is equipped with video surveillance inside the gated entryway for protection and it overlooks the patio. 6. Please report any additional guests not included in your original booking. It is a $10 charge per guest after 10 guests. Please ensure the following when you checkout: 1. Gather all personal belongings 2. Close/lock all windows and doors 3. Turn off all fans 4. Turn off all lights 5. Make sure all appliances are turned off and/or stored (tv, stove, coffee pot, etc) 6. Return key after you lock up the front door and the front gate. 7. Before leaving, please gather all used linens and used towels and place them in the laundry basket.
