We have added white noise machines in each of the bedrooms in the event the train is of disturbance. -The grass around the condos and the golf course dies off in September and re-seeding takes place every October. During this month, the golf course is closed. (All communities within the desert go through this in September/October of every year.) -The pools are on a rotation of which are heated to 82 degrees October-April.
