The space You will appreciate this house of more than 110m2 for its spaces. This house will be a perfect accommodation for couples, families (with children). The park of 5ha closed, will be conducive to small walks. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, traditional oven and coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc... You can have your meals inside or on the terrace, while enjoying the garden and the countryside. The lounge can accommodate a maximum of 10 people seated at the meal. The necessary equipment will be made available to you according to your needs. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests. An "umbrella" crib is provided if needed. The house also houses two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, as well as 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs. If you are more than 6, no problem, we have 4 single rooms just in front of the cottage at 15 meters including 2 double rooms "1 double bed per room" and 2 family rooms "1 double bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine per room" all with shower room and individual toilet. The best way to be sure of availability is to contact us beforehand. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the rental amount. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants or available with additional costs on site (75€). Please bring your own pool towels. The pool, terrace and garden are secured by a veranda closed at night and by a hedge around the garden of this one. Please note for last minute reservations that the indoor pool takes some time to recover the temperature from 27 to 28°C. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. You can park on site. No smoking is allowed inside.
