This option is to book all 3 bedrooms at this 1870's rural B&B just minutes from Providence. Whether you are a party of 2 or 6, this option affords the highest level of privacy. An eclectic mix of antique and modern with all the amenities. Breakfast is a highlight featuring home-baked delectables hot from the oven, and my farm fresh eggs. The yard features formal gardens, trees carved into Caryatids, and other follies. A charmed spot! Guests must be dog-friendly as a medium size dog is on site. The space This unique 1870's Greek Revival home stands on the former "Ingalls-Wheeler-Horton Homestead site" c. 1730 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Surrounded by field and forest the five acre grounds offer a serene oasis. With its fruit- bearing trees, shrubs, vines and vegetable gardens, the gardens are abundant, while during the off season the wood burning stove beckons. This is a four bedroom house and there are three bedrooms available. All rooms have comfortable full size beds with bureaus, wardrobes and/or closets. The 3 bedrooms share a landing and bathroom with a shower. There is a second bathroom with a tub available downstairs. Breakfast options may include coffee/tea, my homemade juice, scones, muffins/coffee cake and toast and other surpises as well as fresh eggs from my laying hens. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Guests are welcome to visit with the chickens and to use the porches and stroll the gardens. During your stay I will be on premises, occupy a fourth bedroom in the house and work in an outbuilding or outside during the day. The degree of interaction is entirely up to the guests.
