Located just a 10 minute drive southeast of the village of Mendocino in Little River, we are just minutes from some of the finest coastal dining on the coast and from the trailhead of Van Damme-Pygmy forest state park. Come experience the tranquil quiet, clean air, and rejuvenation of nature here. The space Our family's Mendocino farmhouse was originally built in 1910 and fully renovated in the 1960's by my father. Later, my parents would create Glendeven Inn - which is now SCP Mendocino Inn & Farm - one of the original Bed & Breakfasts on the Mendocino Coast. The two story farmhouse is designed with a master bedroom downstairs and adjacent full bath, and attic bedroom upstairs with two twin beds and a half bath. Complete country farmhouse experience with a toasty wood stove, full kitchen (no microwave), shower/bathtub, deck and outdoor seating. Beautifully appointed interior space, with a Zen-like, vintage quality. We are located on seven and a half acres in a quiet sunny meadow, just over the fog line on the Mendocino coast - a big perk on cold foggy days! Guest access The entire farmhouse and immediate grounds surrounding are all the guest's domain. Other things to note Please note... We are located in a rural area and the best wi-fi we can get is not as high speed as it is in urban areas - we wish it was! If you are planning on working from home or extra heavy usage our place may not be the best choice. Please inquire! There are no doors on entry to bedrooms, if extreme privacy is an issue. The stairs are steep and narrow leading to the second floor, and are generally not suitable for children under 8 years old or the elderly. I provide two small locally-made body soap bars and liquid hand-soap, but not shower gel or shampoo products. Also, provided is salt, pepper, organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and dish soap.
