If you need to park on the street during the day, there is a permit to display in your windshield located in the right drawer of the dining room hutch. They are also useful for parking on Oceana Marin cul-de-sacs closer to the beach. Overnight parking on the street is never allowed and vehicles are at risk of being towed by the HOA. RVs are also restricted by the HOA.
