My home is very charming,quaint,cozy and clean!You will have the whole first floor (second floor is storage) to yourself complete with full Bathroom, BEDROOM, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and fenced backyard for pets and WIFI. You are very close to local attractions and downtown dining and stores. If you have any complaints or issues please address them with me ASAP so they can be resolved and you can enjoy your stay. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING The space This home was built in 1920 and has an abundance of character ! Original hardwood floors. High ceilings. Convenient location to downtown businesses, dining, shopping, college and attractions. House will be vacant.The 2nd floor is for storage purposes only and no one is permitted to venture upstairs. Any request for early check in will come with an early check in fee of $30. I love pets. However, you must clean up after your pets. Even though I am a pet friendly host, THERE IS A PET FEE... A vacuum cleaner is available 100% of the time during your stay. Heavily shedding pets need to be cleaned up after. Also, the upstairs is off limits. Please do not allow your pets to wonder upstairs. Thanks for understanding! There arent many outlets in this house. Beware. Please BAG ALL trash and either take it with you or place in Black trash can outside. No shoes in house. :) She is old with original hardwood floors. Lets preserve her! Please bring clothing and accessories for unexpected weather such as rain coats, umbrellas, boots, gloves etc. West Virginia weather is bad and...well...just bad I do not supply much food. It will be renters responsibility to purchase necessary food for your stay. And please take the left over food when you leave. Washer and dryer is available 100% of the time along with any stain removers and detergent. However, Personal items located on the shelves in laundry room are not to be used.
