My Loft space has been a labor of love for me...and has taken me over 2 years to create. It is the 2nd floor above my large detached garage. It could barely even be called a storage space before. Some of the floors were in such bad shape it could hardly be walked upon! I always knew it has such potential, and finally dug in to create a space that i could only dream of before work began. Step by step it happened, with the culmination of a full bath! So it's now my second space i'm making available to Airbnb guests from near and far! As stated before, it's open floor plan, except bathroom...with some clever little touches to make the bedroom cozy and closed by night. I always had the vision of it being an all open space, with exposed walls etc like you'd see in an old warehouse converted to living space in a city. That's the vibe I went for, and I'm very happy with the outcome! Our family has had many a good time entertaining in the cool and funky space. Everything is there for a unique and cozy stay! Very comfy memory foam queen sized bed, and a double sized futon to sleep 2 additional guests. There is a 50" LED TV. Lots of little artistic touches for you to find and explore. Bathroom is new, featuring shower, sink, and toilet, and quite large with chandelier and crystal light. MUCH daytime light, and wooden blinds for nighttime privacy. It is a very cozy, homey artistic space! Come see for yourself! I'd love to host you! I want to reiterate something....YES, your entrance IS into my garage space, where I park my car etc! The Loft space is directly above my actual garage!! ***NOTE...I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis! Guest access You have access to the whole second floor loft space, private apartment. Private entrance. Keyless passcode entry. I am a text or phone call away. Other things to note ~ I am offering a substantial 40% discount, for extended stays/28+ days. There will be a cleaning fee assessed of $100 per month. ~All that I ask is that you respect my property as you would your own! Common sense and especially kindness go a long way!
