Charming little house in Highland Park. In-law suite is in the basement and has it's own full size kitchen bathroom. We live up-stairs with our 3 little dogs so we will be available if you need anything during your stay. The in-law suite is set up like a studio and has one queen bed and a separate closet area. Please note- the suite is in the basement. You have shared use of the deck/yard The space Private in-law suite in basement of newly renovated modern farm house. Updated bathroom and kitchen in basement with all modern finishes. Egress window in basement. Very close to highway and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Highwood and Metra train station. 5 minute drive to downtown Highland Park and shopping. Treadmill and punching bag available for your use in garage. Guest access You have access to entire basement (set up like a studio apartment with full kitchen and bathroom), back yard, decks and fire pit. Other things to note During the summer, the ac is quite cold, so bring a couple extra sweatshirts :) If the gate is closed in back, please make sure you keep it closed so the dogs don’t get away. There is street parking out front. Garbage day is Thursday so make sure your trash is in the BLUE cans on Wednesday night.
