South Seas 2527 is located in the Beach Villas area of the South Seas Resort, the Gulf of Mexico and pool can be viewed from the private lanai. This second floor unit has one king size bed located in the bedroom and pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is an inside and outside dining table for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided with this unit since resort amenities are not available when you rent through an owner. The space **Unit is thoroughly wiped down, sanitized, sprayed with disinfectant and linens laundered with bleach between each guest.** With this space, you have access to the Beach, Pool and BBQ grills located in front of the unit. BBQ tools are located in the unit. The unit has one king size bed in the bedroom and one fold out sofa in the living area. As most fold out sofas are, it is not comfortable for two adults. Therefore, I will not accept reservations for four adults. Other things to note MAID SERVICE - There is only maid service before you check-in and after you check out. If you would like maid service during your stay, it is available but at an extra cost. There is a mop, broom & vacuum in the master closet to use if needed. BEDDING FOR SOFA BED - All of the bedding is located on the top shelf of the closet in the master bedroom. AC/SLIDER - Please do not leave the slider open with the AC running. It is best to leave the AC running and slider closed during the hottest months. GARBAGE - There are garbage cans located at the other end of the floor and at the bottom of the stairs underneath the building. Please deposit all excess trash in those receptacles. GROCERIES- Before you come on to Sanibel, there is a Wal-Mart and a Publix grocery store. On Sanibel, there is Jerry's and Bailey's, both have a nice selection of already prepared foods as well as standard grocery store fare. Bailey's offers on-line ordering and grocery delivery. There is a small store across the street from the resort which has sandwiches and drinks but a very limited grocery selection. Of course, the groceries in the island are going to be much more expensive than the groceries on the mainland. FARMER'S MARKET - From November through April, Captiva holds a Farmer's Market in the parking lot at the entrance to South Seas. The market is on Tuesdays from 9 am - 1 pm. Sanibel holds a Farmer's Market each Sunday from October through May at 800 Dunlop Rd on Sanibel. LAUNDRY - There are washing machines and dryers located on the first floor near the base of the steps. These are coin operated machines at $ 2.00 a load for washer or dryer and only take quarters. Please leave all dirty towels, including beach towels, in the bath tub upon checkout. RENTALS - Sunny Island Adventures located just outside of the gate of South Seas offers golf cart, bike and boat rentals. Yolo Watersports located on Andy Rosse Lane offers water excursions and various water sport rentals. Vacation Baby Rentals rents baby equipment. TENNIS - Tennis is available at the courts in front of the unit. No check in is needed. CHECK IN/OUT - Check in time is 4 pm, Check out time is 11 am. Please make sure the slider is closed upon departure. The rental property was inspected prior to your arrival and will be inspected after your departure, please report any broken items. RESORT ACCESS - Please remember that you will not be able to use the amenities of the resort; resort restaurants, golf course and Pointe pool. The resort does offer access some days at an additional fee. You still have access to the pool outside of the condo as well as the beach. You will need to bring the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels from the condo to the beach. The pool area has provided chairs.
