Our 1924 craftsman home is a calm and inviting home surrounded by old trees, a large garden, and is on a quite residential street. There are two bedrooms and a quaint kitchen to cook in, with a fireplace to enjoy. Both bedrooms are spacious and light. The back yard, courtyard, fire pit, washer/dryer are all shared by the entire household. We are happy to get to know our visitors, but we also understand and respect your peace and privacy. We hope that your enjoy our home, we certainly do! The space There is a separate downstairs from the main house where our guests stay. This space has been updated to include all modern amenities, with beautiful custom details. We have a separate kitchen, and living area from our guests. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire basement space, minus the one bedroom they are not renting out, along with the yard. During your stay We love to meet new people but have busy lives. If our guests want to talk, we welcome that when we are home, however, if our guest want privacy, we also enjoy our own privacy. Other things to note We have a friendly hypo allergic small dog who lives with us on the main part of our home. We are not available for renting to couples.
