The space We are located in a residential neighborhood of Ushuaia, quiet and safe, nestled on the slope of Mount Martial, 70 meters above sea level. From the Studio, it is a very easy and pleasant hike to the city center (it takes about 20 minutes) that includes a five minute descent to the main avenue San Martín (but 10 minutes invigorating up at the time of return!). If walking is not your thing, or the rain makes it difficult for you, a taxi will take you downtown in 5 minutes. The studio is completely independent of the house and is entered by an alternative door, located on one side. No cooking on property. It is provided with items to heat water and prepare coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Guest access The huspedes have the entire Studio to their arrangement privately and independently. Other things to note Ours is a lovingly realized family entrepreneurship. We want you to feel like yours and take care of it as if it were your home. We have central heating and a cold/heat AC split in the room.
