We have inside outside dogs so please leash dogs. Pets must be safe around people and dogs, house and furniture friendly, up to date on all shots, worm, flea and tick meds. We leash ours when they’re out if we have guests. The entry has a stone path and 3 steps with railings. The daybed and trundle in the living room can be used as one or two twin beds. There are old sheets in the hall closet if you have bigger dogs that like to get on beds, or a lot of shedding. It makes cleaning up much easier. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. Guest access Yard inside and outside the fence, free parking. Please leash dogs when outside. We recommend leashes outside the fence so dogs don’t get near the road. Smoking - (outside only) and away from door and windows - if open. Please dispose of butts outside in a can or something outside, and do not bring ashtrays or cans with butts into the house. I will empty them after checkout.
