A full size washer and dryer and an outside shower will serve their purpose after a long day at the sandy beach. The large furnished patio, brand new gas grill, and fenced in yard are perfect for those summer night BBQs. The kitchen has an island that provides extra seating, which is wonderful for those large family dinners. Great rental for entertaining! Guest access Our guests have access of the entire house, backyard and garage. WIFI, cable TV and DVD player are included. Gas grill, outdoor seating and outdoor shower is also included. Other things to note Important information for all guests: The house includes 6 beach tags (for the private Diamond Beach - Beach Club), 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, the kitchen includes all kitchenware, patio furniture, and gas grill BBQ. Garage is available for storage and the driveway can hold 2 cars (street parking is free). Guests need to bring bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, and linens for all beds. We also suggest to bring toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, dish towel, hand soap for bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and other items for the beach, like beach umbrella, etc. The beach club offers food and drink options as well as activities and live music. If you become a member you can bring 9 guests to the bar to drink. Eating at the bar is allowed for all without membership. If you think you will grab a drink at the bar it is suggested to buy a bar membership in advance as there is a waiting period before it becomes effective. It is $40 and can be purchased online.
