Visit Municipal Wharf and listen to the calls of the sea lions, rent surfboards and hit Cowell's Beach in search of the perfect wave, or rent some bikes and explore some of the nearby paved trails. THINGS TO KNOW This is one half of a duplex. The owner lives in the other half of this duplex, and the shared walls are separated by closets on each side. Parking permit required on 2nd Street year-round. On Younger Way and 3rd St, a permit is required only seasonally, May-September. A permit is provided by the owner and is always returned to the coffee table in the TV room. Please don't forget to return the parking permit. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: No parking available.
