It's newly made exclusively for Airbnb travellers. Very premium location, Baghramyan street is where the house of parliament is, with many embassies nearby. Lovers park has nice cafes and attractions and is an absolute joy to have a morning coffee. The apartment is within walking distance to the heart of the city, the Cascade complex is 12 minutes away, and that's where all the tourist vibe starts, with the wine scene at the famous Saryan Street (check my guidebook)! It's just a few steps to many of Yerevan's monuments. You can find top trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, nonstop stores and nightlife nearby.
