There are some smart features (lights, speakers, door lock) that can be used. The primary bedroom is on the main floor. The secondary bedroom is on the lower floor. A second room on the lower floor is a storage room and is not provided for guest use. Guest access The master bedroom, bathroom, and closet are all on the main floor with the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The laundry and second bedroom & bathroom are downstairs along with access to the garage. Other things to note The house is approximately 19 miles from downtown Minneapolis but very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.
