A great location in a quiet neighborhood including a private driveway with garage. The home is a short 8.5-mile drive to American Family Field, 9.0 miles to downtown Milwaukee, or 8.0 miles to the Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa. ***NO PARTIES/EXTRA GUESTS NOT ON RESERVATION*** The space There are four bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. All four bedrooms are located on the main floor. One full bathroom with a shower/tub can be found on the main floor. The second full bathroom with a shower is in the basement. The family room has a 12 ft vaulted ceiling and television equipped with Roku. There is a dining room for guests to share a meal with a mounted television and Amazon Fire Stick. The kitchen comes fully equipped. No cable, but there is local TV and free Wi-Fi. Central air conditioning. Washer and dryer in the basement. Guest access The day before check-in, guests are provided a code to retrieve keys by themselves via lockbox on the side door. Other things to note Self check-in time is anytime after 3PM. Check-out is by 11AM. Please be prompt. Please book with your legal name. No additional guests on the property, unless added to your reservation through AirBnB. This is for your safety so we can ensure that only known guests are on the property and prevent trespassing.
