Visit your Southwestern student a block away or celebrate our town’s festivals, including the Walnut Valley Festival & Art in the Park. If you love live music, coffee or tea, great food & relaxing by a fire you are right next door to our beloved neighborhood College Hill Coffee Shop. Relax in a hammock to read or end the day with a fire in the patio area. The space The space is airy, fresh and filled with colorful art to welcome you. During the growing season the gardens are enchanting and a great place to find a peaceful spot to sit. The home boasts a warm and welcoming living room, lovely hardwood floors, luscious flower gardens and a pebble rock patio. Guest access The main floor is accessible. The upstairs is off limits. Thank you. Other things to note -WiFi is not currently available but is accessible next door at the local coffee shop. Just ask at the counter for details. We encourage you to try the coffees or dried teas and yummy food there! -This space is not appropriate for children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. It’s more of an adult location. -We also do not allow any animals on the property, so that our space remains free of any issues for those with pet allergies. -No smoking on the property.
