Come stay in our quaint 1950's Mid-Century cottage while exploring the best of what Beacon and the Hudson Valley has to offer! Our sweet little 2BR/1Bath home is perfectly situated on a quiet, tree lined cul-de-sac making it ideal for putting a record on and relaxing or working remotely. The house is walkable from the Beacon Train Station (the walk from the train station to Main St is uphill). Main St is also a 10 minute stroll through a beautiful neighborhood. Uber is also readily available The space Cozy, inspiring, and whimsical - these are the themes we had in mind while designing our funky Beacon cottage. Some Art Deco here, some Mid-Century there, and a few splashes of the esoteric. Enjoy the spacious deck, gas grill, and backyard on beautiful days or stay in and watch your favorite shows on our giant 65" smart TV which is equipped with SmartCast channels, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime and HBO Max. There are two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a full bathroom with vintage pink cast iron tub. We provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access Our cottage is comprised of one main floor, a finished attic and an unfinished basement. You will have access to the main floor and the spacious back deck and backyard as well as the washer/dryer and extra fridge in the basement. We keep our personal items tucked away on the second floor so you will not have access to the finished attic area. Other things to note We ask that you please respect our home and the quiet and peacefulness of our neighborhood. We like our neighbors, and they like us - we’d love to keep it that way!
