The cottage has unmatched views of Spring Creek, which is beautiful every season of the year Before you even enter Country Creek Cottage, you will notice a large covered pavilion. This spot is an entertainer’s dream, complete with a gas fire place, lounge set, grill and 2-person hot tub! 1ST FLOOR: On the first floor of the cottage, you will find the sunroom, living room, powder room, and kitchen. The sunroom has a full wall of windows facing the creek. On a nice day, it is such a treat to have the windows open to hear the peaceful sounds of the water. Enjoy spending time with friends and family around the dining table and seating area. The living room features a comfy sofa and two accent chairs. A Smart TV is available in this room, but there are no local channels or cable-- you can utilize your Netflix/Hulu/Amazon account. Wifi internet is available and the log in information can be found in our house manual. The corner cabinet has games and cards for a rainy day or family game night! In the spacious kitchen you will find a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and granite countertops…all which make preparing meals a breeze! 2ND FLOOR: The primary bedroom, full bathroom and second bedroom are located on the second floor. **Please note, the staircase is very narrow, and the ceiling is a little low (watch your head!) **The primary bedroom and bunk room are connected to one another. You will need to walk through the primary bedroom to get to the other bedroom. The primary bedroom features a King bed with a linen duvet and crisp white linens, nightstands, dresser and wall mounted smart TV. Feel free to log into your accounts and stream your favorite shows! There is a barn door in the primary bedroom that leads to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is complete with full-over-full bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. There is also a pull out couch for you to use as well! It has a cathedral ceiling and access to a deck. **Please note, only one person should sleep on the top bunk bed. Each bunk bed holds a MAX weight of 250lbs.** The full bathroom features a bathtub/shower, single sink vanity and plenty of white plush towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. AC is provided to all bedrooms and not to the lower level and is seasonal from April/May until October/November. A large fan is provided to use as needed on the first floor. The windows open in the lower level and provide wonderful ventilation along with the sounds of the creek. Our doors have smart locks for a seamless arrival. The home has 4 parking spaces available for guests. There is no street parking as the road is very narrow. Other things to note *Guests have full access to the entire cottage. *Early check in or late check out (pending availability) available as an optional enhancement only, inquire for pricing. Otherwise please respect incoming guests and our cleaning team and be prompt for check out. *Be sure to register all guests staying/present in the home. Airbnb has strict rules about added guests. The space is intended and priced for max 5 guests. *We welcome families with children of any age. However if you have babies or very young children, please note that the house does not have a crib or bassinet and has not been "child-proofed.” We are also located right on a road across from a body of water. *NO PETS are allowed at Country Creek Cottage. Our neighbors do a great job of letting us know if they see any pets at the property. *The max weight for the bunk beds are 250lbs. *As a part of check out procedures, guests are responsible for making sure all personal belongings are collected.
