The space Enjoy lots of natural light in the large living room which features a 17 -foot ceiling, fireplace and new hardwood floors. The bedroom located off of the living room has a queen size bed, closet space for your use, and a full size bath next to it. The deck off of the living room provides additional space for eating and entertaining. This home sits on a full acre with plenty of open space. Guest access Guests will have access to the guest bedroom and bath and living room. Laundry facilities may be used, laundry detergent will be provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, hairdryer and of course towels will be provided for use in the bathroom. Wifi will be made available. There is a 42” TV with Roku in your bedroom. During your stay Hostess will interact with guests at the time of check in. A cell phone number will be made available upon request. Other things to note This home also has central air conditioning. A large front porch is a cool and relaxing area in the evenings. We have beautiful summer weather, averaging 80-90 degrees but always cooling off in the evenings. This is a great base point for trips into Yellowstone National Park and Teton National Park and Jackson Hole Wyoming! Also great powder skiing is nearby at Targhee and Kelly Canyon. Bear World is just a few minutes drive, and of course all the wonderful events available at BYU-I!
