The space This 2-bedroom unit has an open living room dining area and a large fully-equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and pantry. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. One bedroom has a king bed and dresser and the other has a work desk and opens to the screened-in back porch. Washer/dryer in unit. You'll have plenty of linens for the kitchen, bed, and bathroom. There is a generous starter supply of toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and other supplies. Cleaning supplies also provided. Guest access The community pool is open seasonally. Tennis and pickleball courts are available. Guests must present pool tag for entry. Other things to note Please note this condo is ONLY for stays longer than 30 nights. If you see fewer reviews than for other places, it is because our guests usually stay several months. We host just a few guests per year! There are TWO parking spaces available - additional vehicles are not permitted. Condo association does not allow boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles (such as work trucks with tools and equipment and/or company labelling) to be parked on the property. I listed this as okay for infants and children because I'm not excluding them, but nothing has been "childproofed" and keep in mind that there are downstairs neighbors, so noise could be a concern. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY: including in condo, balcony, hallways, and parking lot.
