The entry level floor has two bedrooms, and full bathroom and free-to-use laundry facilities. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a queen sized bed. As guests go up the stairs and arrive on the second floor, they are welcomed with vaulted ceilings, a spacious open floor plan with a modern kitchen, a TV area with a SmartTV to enjoy Netflix, and a wall of windows to enjoy the ocean views, the nearby jungle and the amazing surroundings. The master bedroom is also upstairs and has a king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks, providing plenty of space. The swimming pool and outdoor living space is a absolutely fantastic! There are lounge chairs to relax by the pool and a separate eating area/grill area all on the same level as the patio. Other things to note Uvita is one of the Central Pacific's best kept secrets. The beaches are beautiful, the hills are lush, wildlife is abundant and its the perfect place to surf, horseback ride or just relax. If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative. The highlight is Marino Ballena National Park, featuring the famous sandy "Whale Tail" where migrating humpback whales can be seen just offshore. You can whale watch, dolphin watch or snorkel. There are plenty of other beaches in the area also (Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas, Playa Garza - just to name a few). For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 25 minute drive south (they have clubs and carts for rent).
