The space We look forward to welcoming you to our "Seagull 44". We renovated the small house in 2022. The location ensures the first relaxation, because the hustle and bustle is outside. You are close to the action, but not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Public parking is available in front of the house. Alternatively, a parking space in front of a garage belonging to the house can be used a few meters away. A few hundred meters away there are shops at Famila, Lidl and Aldi. In the other direction it is just as close to downtown. On the way there is the supermarket Netto. The bus stops at the street behind the house and takes you everywhere in Heiligenhafen and if you want even to the train station to Oldenburg. To the water it is down the road only 200 meters. You get to the shore and look at the Baltic Sea, the Graswarder and the Fehmarnsundbrücke. To the right it is ideal for jogging or walking with children or dogs. The route is also a nice bike path, possibly to Fehmarn. On the left, the path leads past the sailing school to the harbour, the inland lake and the pier. On the way there is a lot to discover and you will find a lot of gastronomy and shops. You enter the house through the hallway. On the left is the new shower room with washbasin and toilet. The stairs lead up to the bedrooms. One room is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second room has a bed (90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed that can be pulled out to accommodate two. This room is well suited for children. Both rooms have smart TVs with internet TV. Downstairs is the living room. Equipped with a 55 cm Smart TV, a dining table with space for six people and a couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed. In a niche is the new fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob for four pots, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are provided. The large patio door leads you into the garden. A glass canopy provides protection in unstable weather. For the children or the dog, the completely fenced garden offers a run and space to romp. A Weber electric grill is available. A large table with six chairs can also be found on the terrace. Sun loungers invite you to rest. If there are dirty clothes, please use the washing machine and heat pump dryer, which are available free of charge in the basement. We hope we have thought of everything and you have a relaxing stay. Other things to note The city of Heiligenhafen levies spa taxes on guests from the age of 18. The exact conditions can be found on the website.
