The home has a fully equipped kitchen, lower level family room, 4 guest rooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms. Step out onto the deck or patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the lake. Cable tv and internet are provided for those rainy days or just relaxing after a day of lake life. Take a walk down to the beautifully constructed stone boat house. Relax out on the deck or enjoy your private sandy area between the boat houses. The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. *If additional pets are approved, additional charges will apply (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you) Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations.
