In the heart of Massanutten Resort, this well furnished 3000 sq ft home is fully equipped, pet friendly, and close to skiing, hiking, golf, the water park, Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Dr. Three cars fit comfortably in the driveway. The space The Lily Lodge is a large four bedroom house big enough for two or three families to stretch out comfortably. It has no neighbors to one side or the rear, and backs to a heavily wooded area so it offers privacy from either of the decks or from the firepit. You won't see any neighbors except the deer and badgers that live in the woods. The updated kitchen is large and open to a dining room with plenty of seating. The house has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms on the main level, a primary bedroom and en suite bathroom on the second story and a game room, family room and full bathroom in the basement. Stay on the main level to avoid stairs or use all three levels if you want to spread out. The property also has a fire pit and two decks with seasonal (late fall/winter) views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The sleeping spaces are set up as follows: Primary bedroom with en suite bath (upstairs) - King Sized Bed Bedroom 1, main level - Double/Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 2, main level - Double/Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 3, mail level - Bunk Room - One twin and one double bunk Common areas, basement - One twin trundle bed and a small double sleeper sofa Guest access The entire property is available for our guests. The house has three levels - a main level with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, plus the living space, the kitchen and the deck, an upper level with the primary bedroom, the en suite bathroom and a second story balcony with seasonal mountain views, and a basement that has a sleeping nook with a twin bed, a full bathroom, another living room and the game room. Despite the fact that this is a three level house, someone with mobility issues could stay entirely on the main level and have access to everything they need. There is one small step to get into the house and one step to get from the kitchen to the dining room, but the main level is otherwise very accessible. Other things to note Please note that while we are within the boundaries of Massanutten Resort, certain amenities are only available to timeshare owners or guests of the resort-owned accommodations. Paid amenities, such as the Water Park, Skiing, Stables, the Family Adventure Park, Mini Golf, Bumper Cards, etc... are available to all guests for a fee. We can also provide access to the Property Owners pool during the summer for $6 per person for guests staying at our property. You will find a laminated pool pass at the house that will allow you to purchase guest passes once there.
