Other things to note Must be 27 years and older to book. Strictly NO PETS. Daughter has severe respiratory allergy. $5,000 cleaning fee plus hospital bill if this house rule is not observed. No tents on the property. No signs allowed on the property / entrance of property. No amplified music anywhere on property. No bands. No Djs. Early check in / late check out requests is $100 / hour. Reservation must reflect correct number of persons on property. The jacuzzi tubs in this listing are in the master bathroom and in the jack and Jill bathroom. This is a waterfront property - so the Hudson Valley west side train line that runs below the property, in the valley, is audible. You are welcome to use the grill. Must bring your own propane for the grill. Security cameras monitor all driveway access on the property. Lawn maintenance is scheduled weekly on Thursdays/ Fridays, weather permitting. The crew tries their best to not work on Saturdays but if the weather is out of their control that week, occasionally they will have to do the routine lawn maintenance on a Saturday, which is the next “clear sky” day.
