For easy and secure entry, a unique access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. This code ensures that only you and your party have access to the property during your stay. No Smoking or Vaping: To protect the health and comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside the cabin and on the property. 2. No Illegal Drugs: The use of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden. 3. Firearms and Fireworks: For the safety of all guests and to ensure a tranquil environment, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on the property. 4. Occupancy Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests at any time. 5. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. 6. Parking Guidelines: Please park a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Do not park cars over the sidewalk or on the street. Additional Disclosures: 1. Video Surveillance: For security, there are active, recorded video cameras installed at the driveway. 2. Noise Monitoring: A decibel monitoring device is in place to ensure compliance with local noise regulations and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. This device only measures noise levels. 3. Owners Nearby: We, the owners, live next door. We're here to help if you need anything, but will leave you to enjoy The Birdhouse otherwise. Violation Penalty: A violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fine. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
