Seventh Heaven is a charming decorated, comfortable cottage with a view of the Benjamin River on desirable Carter Point Road. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck watching boats pass, or take a stroll along quiet Carter Point Road. Use the folding bikes to explore the area, launch your kayak (or a rented one) from the public launch about 300 yards from the cottage, or watch the sunset on the public beach at Carter Point. The space Seventh Heaven has 3 bedrooms, and 1 full (shower and tub) and 2 partial baths (the upstairs toilet room doesn't have a sink). The main floor has an open kitchen, dining, living area, and primary bedroom with king bed. On the second flooor , there is a king bedroom with work desk and a bedroom with two twin beds. The house features a heating/cooling system, high speed internet, a smart television, and as well as a selection of books, games and puzzles to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to entire house. There is also a shed where the two bicycles and garbage and bottle/can returnables are stored. Other things to note Seventh Heaven is best suited for four guests. Up to two more guests can be accommodated with an additional fee of $35 per person per day. Dogs considered with additional fee ($150) and signed dog agreement.
