This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower! The space A dog and cat live downstairs in the owner's apartment and do not go upstairs. Guest access Main door entrance is shared with owners, who live downstairs in a separate apartment. We do have off street parking (necessary in winter months). Other things to note We are not a B&B however there are multiple breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots within a 5 minute walk from the house. The suite includes refrigerator, large microwave, kitchen utensils, and coffee/tea supplies. We can sleep 5 adults with one person sleeping on a queen futon. The futon bedroom has an adjoining door with the double bed bedroom.
