The deck also offers sweeping views of Lake Sunapee and spectacular sunsets. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire space. This is a stand-alone house with a large private yard. Other things to note The house has a 2 car garage where you can store your skis. Warm up in 2 fireplaces after skiing. One is a wood fireplace and one is gas. The house has air conditioning for the summer months. Central heating uses propane gas and has three zones. The ground floor of this home is suitable for single floor living, with bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and entrance foyer. This floor is accessible from the outside parking area, driveway and garage with 2 small steps, and from the outside deck with one step. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in standup shower with a small threshold, and accessible grab bars in the shower, outside the shower tall, and by the toilet. The shower area of this bathroom is big enough to accommodate a plastic stool (provided) with plenty of space to standup to shower even with the stool in the shower stall. The rates are specially discounted for stays of a month or longer. These longer term rates include a $500 monthly allowance for electricity/AC and heat. Depending on usage, if this amount is exceeded, the renters will be responsible for the excess usage.
