This modern apartment is located in a small complex just a few minutes walk from the beach in the El Alamillo area of Puerto de Mazarrón. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, which has a lift and ramp for disabled access. The accommodation comprises:entrance hall, open plan kitchen, living / dining area, shower room and 2 bedrooms. The living area has a large chaise style sofa in front of the flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the beach. The patio doors open onto the terrace, with sea views and patio furniture for dining outside in the evening, and a gas BBQ for guests to use. The balcony also overlooks the communal pool and gardens and has a large, comfortable patio set with sofa, chairs and table. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern appliances and the flat has been furnished to a high standard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and both have double beds and fitted wardrobes. Additional free standing beds are available, and there is a cot for the younger members of the party.The shower room has a walk in cubicle and also has washing machine, Wc and basin. The apartment has airconditioning which also serves as heating in the cooler months and this runs on a meter for which there is a separate charge, although 10 euros credit is included at the start of the holiday. Edificio Hydra has gardens laid to grass and a lovely communal pool, whilst the complex is gated for privacy and security. This apartment has a parking space in the garage below, and there is also ample on street parking. Edificio Hydra is just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest beach, with bars, restaurants, tennis and other activities nearby. There are a variety of watersports in the area, including jetski hire, diving and inflatable water play areas for the kids!The marina and the bars of the port are around 10 to 15 minutes stroll away, or under 5 minutes in the car. This apartment is superbly located for a family holiday, and is close to all amenities, being ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy! Longer term stays possible, please ask for prices. Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only. Cats are not allowed. Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024. A copy of the passport, ID card or DNI for each guest over 14 years old must be given to us at or before check-in, as we have to keep this information for each guest.
