The location is central to many of Rhode Island's prime cities! It's a mere 5mins to Bristol and Tiverton, 20mins to Newport and 30mins to Providence. The space The cottage is sun filled and cozy with coastal vibes. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, or exploring one of the many sites that Rhode Island has to offer. The space includes a full kitchen, dining area in the sunroom, 1 full bath with a tub and shower, a living room with a fireplace and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - Located on the first floor, with a full size bed. This bedroom includes a hanging rack w/ organizer for your clothing. It is the room pictured with the oars hanging on the wall. Bedroom 2 - Located on the first floor, with a queen size bed. This room has a built in closet and set of drawers for storage and clothing. It is the room pictured with the blue metal bedframe and rattan mirror. Bedroom 3 - This is a unique space located on the second floor loft area and has a queen size bed. This room includes a dresser and hanging rack w/ organizer for your clothing. It is the room pictured with the white wooden bedframe. Guest access Guest have access to the full house and outdoor space. The outdoor space includes seating, a dining area, firepit, gas grill and games (connect four and corn hole). The driveway has space for three cars and there is additional on street parking available.
