Relax the week away on Lake Passagasswakeag (known as Randall Pond to locals) in Brooks, Maine. Camp sleeps 6 comfortably, with 1 queen on open concept main floor and 2 full beds located in loft accessible by ladder. Full kitchen and hot shower. Enjoy sitting on the deck and covered porch. Catch bass, pickerel and perch in the spring and stream fed water from the shore, dock or canoe or kayak. Spot and listen to the loons. Ample parking and a short distance from groceries and fuel. The space Camp is a quiet, peaceful get away in a small town. Access after parking your vehicle is via covered deck down two large granite steps. Inside camp is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and custom tile shower. A ladder leads to a loft above where two full beds and a bureau await. A queen bed is located in the corner of the main living level with a bureau beside it, along with a padded easy chair, love seat and dining room table with four chairs. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and freezer, electric top stove with oven, sink, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster and coffee maker. A propane grill is available for use on the deck, along with a mini refrigerator. Access the pond after descending multiple flights of stairs. A fire pit is located pond side. Fish and swim from the shore and dock. Enjoy the float further out. Paddle around using the canoe or one of two kayaks (along with life jackets and paddles) available to you. The fireplace is not available for use inside the camp, but a propane heater can take any chill out of the air if needed! Guest access Entire camp is ready for your use. Large deck with covered portion lends perfectly to meals and drinks outdoors all day long. Access to the shore is down flights of stairs or a hilly decent. Shoreline is usable, but rocky, not fabulous for very young children unless under close supervision.
