You will be close to all the shops you need, as well as public transportation to easily move around the city. Other things to note Useful Information: Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate early check-ins before the stated arrival time (4:00 PM). I do not have a facility to store luggage, and it is not possible to leave them in the apartment before 4 PM. Check-outs are possible until 10 AM, but there are late check-out options. A late check-out at 12 PM costs €20, at 1 PM €30, and at 2 PM €40. There are no late check-out options beyond 2 PM. In order to maintain reasonable rates, I do not turn on the heating in winter or the air conditioning in summer before your arrival. As a result, the temperature in the apartment may be slightly different from what you expect upon arrival. However, I have provided an efficient heating and cooling system that you can adjust to your preference. Please note that it may take a little time for the room to reach your desired temperature, so I encourage you to turn on the heating or air conditioning upon arrival and be patient for a while until they warm or cool the place. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us conserve energy. No security deposit is required if the reservation is made through Airbnb.
