The house is located on the corner of Adams and Justin drive and a short walk from town. You have the 3rd floor room and bathroom to yourself and share the common areas. I am quiet, travel a lot and keep the place very clean. I also have a well behaved teenage son 50% of the time. There are not too many rules..,no smoking in the house and clean up after yourself and things will be great:) 30+ day rentals needed as of January 1, 2025 because of new Borough ordinance. The space Room is located in a fairly new townhome community and you have easy access to the town and surroundings. Guest access Third floor will be all yours. Queen bed and private bath. You have access to the kitchen and balcony downstairs. During your stay I usually keep to myself but open to answering any questions or providing local tips if you like. Other things to note I do not have cable but internet, and all utilities are included.
