The space There is a modern kitchen with all cooking amenities, and an open floor plan (living/dining/kitchen) with loft for the common space. Downstairs has two bedrooms one with full size futon and the other with two twin beds and a full bath. Upstairs has an enclosed loft with a queen sleeper, master bedroom with queen bed and a master bathroom with tub and shower. There a screened three season room and an over_sized deck. This beautiful cape is on an acre of land, set back off the access road and offers the peace and quiet while close enough to all the water sports. There is a shared sandy beach that is appropriate for small children. Weekly rental includes use of a rowboat, pedal boat, sunfish sailboat and kayaks. Guest access No need to rent a boat! Owner also operates a water ski school and is available for hire for lessons as well as evening pontoon cruises so there is no need for a boat rental. A 2-hour pontoon weekday evening sunset cruise is included with a weekly rental. Additional water sports rates are offered at a 20% discounted for weekly guests through owners on-site water sports business. Other things to note This home is located at the end of a private road and abuts 2200 acres of conservation land. There is a private access trail for hiking to the summit for spectacular views. On a clear day you can see Mount Washington! For winter activities there’s ice fishing and convenient to Gunstock ski area. You can snowmobile right from the house up a private trail to state trail #22. Bring your sleds.
