In the "Domaine de Nointel", come and enjoy our beautiful house and its bucolic setting. Newly renovated neighboring castle stables, the house calls for contemplation and rest. Nestled between a castle, its estate, its outbuildings and a church, it will seduce lovers of old stones and vintage furniture. The space Accessible by train from Paris, the house of about 90m2 has a superb suite for two upstairs, a private kitchen /dining area and a large private lounge where it is possible to sleep. The en suite bedroom (on the 1st floor) contains a 160cm double bed, a shower room and toilet. The shower area is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchen has the essentials for the preparation of breakfast (pod machine, toaster, kettle) or a meal (stove and oven). In the adjoining room there is a pleasant living room with sofa bed (sleeping 140x200cm) and armchairs, ideal for relaxing or sleeping the children. You can enjoy the exteriors (very quiet but common to other occupants) and the magnificent views with a private table. Great for a family stay or romantic weekend. Teleworking possible /Internet connection. Car recommended. The first food shops are 25 min walk or 5 min by car. Outdoor parking possible and easy. Sheets/towels (2 per adult or children)/one towel provided. ⚠️ The space will need to be returned clean and tidy. You will find a cleaning kit in the laundry room adjoining the living room. The house has a pellet stove and radiators. The stove is not allowed from May to mid-October. No breakfast provided. No washing machine. Pets not allowed. Guest access Nointel is 30 km from Paris. Easily accessible by transportation: Nointel-Mours train station is a 10 minute walk away, line H will take you to Paris Nord in 40 minutes. The first accessible shops are in Beaumont sur Oise (a 30-minute walk; a 5-minute drive). No shops in Nointel village. Perfect to start a visit or walk: • The house is in the Nointel estate, with its castle, outbuildings, stables and superb medieval church. • Carnelle Forest ( 5 min walk) • L’Isle Adam ( 10 minutes drive) • Auvers sur Oise ( 20 min drive) Golf/Horseback riding/Acrobranche and many other activities nearby.
