Situated on one-half acre, enjoy the private heated eco-friendly pool (open May-Sept), year-round hot tub, large yard with 2 pooldeck fire pits, Weber crafted grill, bball, ping pong, hammock, biking, and nearby tennis/pickle ball all surrounded by mature forested trees. Indoors relax with billiards, 2 flatscreens for gametime, 3 bedrooms plus pullout living room sofa, woodburning fireplace, mudroom for your stuff, and a serene enclosed patio for dining and hosting The space Stop 37 beach is 6 blocks away (10 min walk or a 2 min bike ride), "Stop 50" pizza is up the street for about a 3 minute walk, a tennis/pickle ball court (we have the tennis racquets) one block away at a playground park, a quiet park across the street with swings and horseshoes, and a large carport with basketball. We have bikes available (with helmets), 3 adult and 3 kids. The inground private pool is open seasonally at the beginning of May to the end of September. During the summer there is a 4-night minimum stay. Guest access Lounge chairs, tennis and pickleball racquets with balls, basketball, football, bags lawn game, beach chairs, pool and beach toys, and 6 bikes.
