Property owner occupies the other side of duplex on a part time basis and has a very friendly 11lb dog. Property is pet friendly for 1or 2 pets , UNDER 15#, with additional fee. Pet fee is $125 per stay (up to 1 month ) Extra cleaning fee of $100 with pet stays 4 weeks +. Pets must be well socialized & crated when unattended. (crate can be provided) Please submit PET BREED AND WEIGHT with booking request. Service animals please submit a copy of certification paperwork. ***Property is out in the country, so please be aware that there may be sounds not familiar in town. You may hear coyotes at night. A shooting club is about 5 miles away so you may hear gunfire from the range or rural neighbors shooting on their own property. There is a race track (wilmot race way ) about 2.5 miles away so the sound may carry on scheduled summer race nights . This is a level above the standard rental and comes thoroughly equipped. Great RO drinking water system. Beautiful glass enclosures on the front balcony and rear deck to enjoy the views of the towering oaks and wildlife. Amazing natural stone fire pit set up for entertaining with seating for eight and nice patio cooler for beverages. Lots of firewood provided. Nice little home gym on site to take in a bike ride, do your back stretches , maybe some resistance training or exercise videos on you tube or DVD , on a 70” screen. This property occupancy is limited to 2 minors, 6 years and older only. Use of home gym restricted to persons 18 and over. Use at your in risk of injury. There is no tobacco smoking allowed on property. Cannabis and cigar friendly;outdoors only. Nightly rate is based on occupancy and will be enforced.
